He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl James Vandeveer and Jewel Darkas Vandeveer (Hampton). He is survived by: his wife Joan Vandeveer; his children, James Vandeveer (Thelma) of Calvin, Radonna Vandeveer and Travis Peairson of Calvin; his grandchildren, Vychtoria Dixon (Caleb), Devon Vandeveer (Jerri), Tiffany Linn (Christopher Smith), April Swadley (Jeremy), Joanna Snow (Jessie), Brad, Kerri, Layne and Travis; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Landon, Elizabeth, Autumn, Addison, Makenzie, Miranda, Mason, William, Stormie, Mariah, Micheal, Axel, Cane, Aly, Anika and Landyn; his great great grandchild Grayson; and his sisters, Patricia Collard (Carl) and Odessa Martin (Jerry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and long-time friends.
