She is survived by: her children, John Chapman and Terri Haynie; her son-in-law Richard Haynie; her grandsons, Ryan Haynie (Jaclyn) and Brett Haynie; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Haynie, Caroline Haynie and Ben Haynie.
