She was predeceased by: her parents, Odis Moore and Ruby Moore (Harold Grass). She is survived by: her sisters, Ann Lesperance (Wiley) and Sheila Moore; and her children, Cheryl Grass, James Grass (Brenda), Brian Grass (Diane) and Christina Grass. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Jerry's honor be made to the Coleman Chapel, a very special church throughout her life.
