It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walt Davis (Calera, Oklahoma), born in Sweetwater, Texas, who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willis Davis and Glynne Davis; his daughters, Colleen Smith of Durant and Quinn Maiocco of Hernando; and his grandson Levi.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Dixon Water Foundation, and provided leadership for numerous organizations including Holistic Management of Texas, HRM Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Land Stewardship Alliance.
