He was predeceased by: his father Benny Dale Phelps. He is survived by: his mother Marvetta Lou Phelps (Kimbrough) of Calera; his wife Melissa Dominick of Calera; his children, Trevan Phelps (Lacey) of Calera and Mallory Jackson (Ty) of Durant; his granddaughter Laynie of Calera; and his siblings, Gina Harris of Calera and Jason Phelps of Calera. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
