She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee Vickery and Vera Vickery (Opry); and her husband Delbert Bryce Askew. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Askew of Calera, OK, Shannon Askew of Calera, OK and Brent Askew of Calera, OK; and her siblings, Martha Pointer of Dallas, TX, Vera of Comanche, TX, Sue (George) and Ray Vickery. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, other extended family and friends.
