It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Earl Mayo of Calera, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Mayo Jr.; his grandparents, Harvey Mayo Sr., Florence Mayo, Lewis Settlemire and Clara Bell Settlemire; his former wife Karla Taylor; his aunts, Ethel Jean Davis and Merlene Blankenship; his cousins, Keith Mayo and Cheyenne Mayo; and his brother-in-law Benny Martin.

He is survived by: his mother Mary Joyce Mayo (Settlemire) of Calera, OK; his children, Kandra Dodd (Ron) of Kenefic, OK and Amanda Ned of Madill, OK; his grandchildren, Auston Springer (Brittany) of Kenefic, OK, Brittany Ned (Jacob Wright) of Durant, OK, Ashleigh Ned of Madill, OK and Haydon Springer of Kenefic, OK; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn Dancer and Blakelee Wright; and his siblings, Melvin Mayo (Debbie) of Oklahoma City, OK, Wesley Mayo of Henryetta, OK, Steven Mayo of Bentley, OK and Harvie June Martin of Kiefer, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other dear relatives and friends.
