He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Bickle (Gregory), Joe Dee Webb III of Athens, TX and Jesse Lee Webb of Malakoff, TX; and his sister Janice Williams (Tom). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, other extended family and many friends.
