He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Elizabeth Holt (Nails) and George Holt; his siblings, Sonny, Jimmy, Giggs, Buddy Holt, Helen Crow, Marie Holt and Sue Conary; and his children, Brenda Holt and Jamie Holt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Holt of Calera and Terresa Eaton of Denison, Texas.; his grandchildren, Chris Clark, Terre Eaton, Randee Sisk, Wrett Holt, Tiffany Davis and AJ Spears; and his great grandchildren, Zaleek Jordan, Hailee Sisk, Kylee Madsen, Brayden Spears and Abbigayle Spears.
