She was predeceased by: her father Ira Cecil Benefield; her husband John Price; her children, Jim Dodds, David Lynn Dodds and Julia Martin; and her siblings, Virgil, Leroy, Joe Benefield, Joyce Jordan and Dorothy Benefield.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Dodds (Cindy) and Charles Dodds of Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Blake Dodds, Craig Dodds (Rae Anne), Eric Dodds, Megan Beshirs, Christopher Dodds (Christine), Kaitlyn Dodds, Joshua Dodds and Jeramy Martin; and her great grandchildren, Ronin Michale Dodds, Chloe Kathryn Dodds, Gavin Dean Dodds and Caelyn Mackenzie Smith.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church Blessing Bucket in Madill, Oklahoma.
