He is survived by: his sons, Shane Ballard of Bonham, TX and Jason Ballard (Angela) of Bonham, TX; his siblings, Harold Glen "Bo" Ballard (Gloria) of Dodd City, TX, Kathy Thompson of Calera, OK and Ann Hullum (Phillip) of Caddo, OK; his grandchildren, Haley Fox (Taylor), Jordan Ballard, Stormy Ballard and Korbin Ballard; and his great grandchildren, Blakelyn Fox and Alivia Mae Ballard. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
