We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2021, at the age of 32, Chuck Hammond (Calera, Oklahoma), born in Jefferson City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Avery and Anna June Hammond; his uncles, Wally Reed and Tommy Reed; and his aunt Vicki Chandler.
He is survived by: his mother DeeDee Smith; his sons, Noah and Ryan Hammond; the mother of his children Bethany Rucker of Colbert; his brother Avery Smith; his niece Zoey; his nephew Matthew of Missouri; and his uncle Dale Reed of Kentucky. He is also survived by many other cousins, aunts, uncles, and extended family.
