She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Truly Nichols and Noqueta Louise Hines Nichols; her great grandchild Joel L. Scheidegger; and her grandson Zachary C. Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Bobby C. Nelson of Cartwright; her brother Joe Nichols (Charlotte) of Colbert; and her sons, Bobby C. Nelson, Jr. (SuZan) of Melissa, Kevin Nelson (Dara) of Sherman and Michael D. Nelson (Michelle) of Colbert. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, nephews and nieces and numerous extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (220 W Ryan Ave, Calera, OK 74730).
