She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Merrywell and Myrtle Merrywell; her son Doyle Perry Jr.; and her granddaughter Cheynne Perry. She is survived by: her husband Doyle Perry (Tommy) of Calera; her children, Alvin Perry and Marcellia Thurston; and her siblings, Okeena Blevins, Felice Worst and Rick Merrywell. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
