He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda; his sister Marketa McKay; his parents, Lee Nation and Mary Nation; and his nephew Dwight "Ike" Mckay.
He is survived by: his children, Denise, Stephen, Joshua, Isaac, Nathan, Abby, Ethan, Caden, Wyatt, Emilia, Lincoln, Annabelle, Cara, Austin, Grayson, Elam, Noralee, Aubri, Magnolia and Craig of Utah.
