It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Mullens of Caddo, Oklahoma, born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on June 3, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shelby and Maudeline Allen (Kinnin); and her brother Myrick Allen. She is survived by: her sons, Spencer Mullens of Denison, TX, Justin Mullens (Kimberly) of Sherman, TX and David Mullens of McKinney, TX; her grandchildren, Kole, Madelyn, Logan, Sara and Emma; and her sisters, Elaine Ruppenthal and Frankie Leonard.
