It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Smith of Caddo, Oklahoma, born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Alexander Smith and Lucy Josephine Smith Russell (Poje); his brother John Morgan Smith; and his niece Lisa Means. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lynn Smith; his stepchildren, Norm Fernandez Jr., Tim Fernandez, Jeff Fernandez and Kathy Fernandez Eason; his nephew Justin Smith; his great-niece Mia Smith; and his great-nephew Ripley Means.
