He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee O'Hern, Sr. and Irene Elizabeth O'Hern (Tallman); his siblings, Bob O'Hern, Gary O'Hern, Beverly Harbin and Patsy Lahman; and his grandson Kelly O'Hern.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Johnette O'Hern (Gordon); his children, Wyatt O'Hern (Debbie), Mark O'Hern (Sherri) and Shawna Joines (Dane); his grandchildren, Chad O'Hern, Tonya of Caddo, Dustin O'Hern, Nicole of Corpus Christy, Roby Joines, Brittni of Caddo, Morgan O'Hern, Christian of Tulsa, Melissa Miller, Andy of Caddo, Tasha Joines of Caddo and Jaci Joines of Caddo, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Donna O'Hern; his grandchild Qing of Cordova, Tennessee; and also Xoing Deng. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren as well as other extended family and friends.
