He is survived by: his wife Trisha Rayleen Milner (Kindred); his children, Jarrod Gabriel Milner of Sherman, Shakinna Brooke Milner of Caddo, Kolby Ray Milner, Brittany Harner of Durant, Welsey Paul Milner, Amy Rudd of Denison and Megan Renee Milner of Durant, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jackson Wiley Fletcher, Cooper Ray Scarberry of Caddo, Hayz'n Ray, Brys'n Lee Ray, Rayleigh Ann Marie Milner of Durant and Wyatt Bradley Milner of Denison, Texas; his brothers, Keith (Katy Milner) and Robbie (Ladonna Milner); his aunt Sherrie; his uncle Paul Walton; his parents-in-law, Ray and Kathie Kindred of Clayton, Oklahoma; and his siblings-in-law, Rebecca (Bryan McDonald) and James Kindred. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
