She was predeceased by: her parents, John Aaron and Eithel Mae Combs; her siblings, Wayne (Elaine), Charles Weldon Combs, Susie McAnally (David Joe) and Francis Beer; and her brother-in-law John Lacy.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Hawkins; her children, Sandra Krebbs (Dewayne) of Caddo, Oklahoma and Laith Hawkins (Dana Robinson) of Caddo, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Brandi Stevenson (Cameron) of Caddo, Clayton Krebbs of Caddo, Daniel Hawkins (Karley) of Wellston, Allison Culley (Luke) of Caney, Bailey Hawkins (Michael) of Rhode Island and Haylee Houston of Caddo, Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Braxton, Wyatt, Myles, Colby, BlakeLynn and McKenzii; her sisters, Johnnie Lacy and Terry Simmons (Dan); her grandmothers, Mary Jo Combs and Deana Combrink (Michael); and her sister-in-law Audrey Combs. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
