He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Edgar and Ina Fay Rowland (Campbell); his brother Jerry Rowland; and his parents-in-law, Paul and Catherine Joines.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Kaye Joines; his son Maxie (Jennifer); his siblings, David Rowland (Wanda), Michael Rowland (Marty) and Donna Fay Jobe (Noble); and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Rowland and Joe Joines (WaNeene). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
