He is survived by: his wife Linda Self; his son Kevin Self (Anita) of Caddo, Oklahoma; his grandson Hunter Self (Kylie) of Caddo, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Mack Self (Faye) of Coleman, Mike Self (Anna) of Yukon, Oklahoma, Dot Cox of Mead, Ann Reeves (Cecil) of Atoka, Joan Williams (Anthony) of Durant and Regina Boehme (Dennis) of Caddo, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
