He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Marie (Cross) and Chester Ruburtis Standridge; and his daughter Jani Lynne Buie. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Joyce Standridge (Childers); his grandchildren, Danielle Standridge of Campbell, Darian Hise of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Slade Hise of Greenville, Texas; his great grandchildren, Cassian Joseph Price of Campbell, Aspen Jani Lynne Hise of Greenville, Arya Pittsinger of Greenville and Skyler Price of Campbell, Texas; his sisters, Annie Standridge of Durant and Georgie Yeager of Durant, Oklahoma; and his nephew Darell Rhodes (Evelyn) of Caddo, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many other nephews, nieces, as well as other extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gordon Funeral Home (221 N 3rd Ave, Durant, OK 74701). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Gordon Center (305 N 2nd Ave, Durant, OK 74701).
