He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Scarbrough and Jessie Beulah Johnson Scarbrough of Caddo; and his brothers, Everett Doyle Scarbrough and Wesley Alden "Pete" Scarbrough. He is survived by: his wife Esther Lou of Dallas, Texas; his son Mark Scarbrough; his son-in-law Bruce Weinstein of Colebrook, Connecticut; his son Barry Scarbrough; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Scarbrough of Saint Charles; and his grandchildren, Bailey and Keaton.
