It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arvil Milligan of Caddo, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arvil Milligan to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Clay and Minnie May Milligan; his son Henry Clay; his siblings, Alta Mae Milligan, Stayton Milligan and Orgel; and his sister-in-law Hatsene Milligan.

He is survived by: his wife Essie Raggett; his children, Ann (Russell Prentice) and Neal Milligan; his grandchildren, David (Jaclyn Prentice) and Amy (Chris Murdock); and his great grandchildren, James, John Prentice and Andrew Murdock.

Instead of flowers use the funds to take a child or grandchild out for ice cream or take an older family member out for a treat.
