She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Colvin and Luda Colvin (Bates); her husband Jake Burk; her son Ron Burk; and her brothers, Kenneth Colvin and Louie Van Colvin.
She is survived by: her children, Don Burk (Debra McTaggart) of Yukon, OK, Victoria Merrick (Harold "Sonny) and Richard Burk of Cache, OK; and her daughter-in-law Lucia Burk. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving family members.
