He was predeceased by: his parents, Royse L. Samples, Sr. and Ella Samples (Calloway); his wife Sheila Samples; and his daughter Terri Calhoun. He is survived by: his daughters, Marla White (James) of Indiahoma, OK and Loretta VanBuren of Cache, OK. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
