He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Fredrick Then. He is survived by: his parent Jolene Sally; his sibling Micheal Then; his stepsister Michelle; his grandparents, Ed Porter, Aunt Lydia Then, Wayne Bartlett, Sally Bartlett, Aunt Patricia Oldham and Wilma Willis of Rush Springs; his children, Derek Then, Deven Then and Skyla of Missouri; and also, Derek Then, Deven Then and Sean Dovers. He is also survived by son, grandson.
