She is survived by: her spouses, Leroy Chapman and Jeff Welch; her stepchildren, Troy Stier (Deborah) of South Texas, Eddie Welch (Sheila) of Arkansas, Joey Welch of Arkansas and Shani Smith of Massachusetts; her brother-in-law LaWanna Fowler; and also, Johnny Stephenson, Clarise Stephenson of Tulsa, OK, Roger Stephenson, Ellen Stephenson of Wisconsin, Buddy Fowler of Coushatta, LA and Sonia McCrary of Vivian, LA. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
