She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvel Patty and Dorothy Patty (Cowan); her husband Paul R. Blancett; her granddaughter Michelle Blancett; and her brother David Patty.
She is survived by: her children, Destry Blancett (Jacqueline) of Cache and Starla Pelligrino (Bob) of Alpharetta, GA; her siblings-in-law, Allen Blancett (Gail) of Aiken, SC and Gloria Willis of Marietta; her grandchildren, Dexter Blancett (Erin), Kirsten Guerra and D. J. Quarles; her great grandchildren, Thea Blancett and Sophie Blancett; her nieces, Lana Langston (Eddie) and Karen Livingston (Ron); and her nephew Kent Blancett (Janet).
