He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rackley and Betty Higgerson; his stepgrandson Chad Vanderburgh Rackley; and his grandparents, Bill, Betty Dorton, Karl and Margaret Rackley.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Rackley of Cache; his grandchildren, Dillan Rackley of Shawnee, Brenden Laidley of Yukon and Natalie Laidley of Yukon; his stepgrandchildren, Heather Kaase of Meeker and Michael Vanderburgh of Eufaula; his half-sister Eva Abernathy of Waterloo, IA.; his pets, Max, Buddy and Dexter; and his friend Rigo Gonzalez.
