He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry W. Lail and Hannah Pauline Lail (Warlick); his spouse Sarrah JoAnn Thomas; and his siblings, Julius, Presley, John, Mattie, Violet, Mamie Rector, Ruth Lowman and Florence Hildebrand.
He is survived by: his daughter Michael; his grandchildren, Drew Lail of Norfolk, Virginia, Christopher Lail of Rogers and Kellie Lail of Stillwater; and his sister Nellie Franklin of Connelly Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
