He was predeceased by: his father Sheldon Floyd Biggs; his brother Acy Gabe Biggs; and his nephew Brent Charles Plum. He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Biggs; his siblings, Russell Biggs (Marie), Shelley Plum (Johnny), Marvin Biggs (Wyonna) and Dionna Marker (Nelson); and his close friend Dusty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
