He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Lee Lum, Sr. (Jones) and Ed Lum; his wife Geraldine "Jerry" Lum; and his son Damon Lum. He is survived by: his son Don Lum (Patricia) of Indiahoma, Oklahoma; his daughter-in-law Diane Lum of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his grandsons, Matthew Lum (Amanda), Eric Lum, Carl Lum and Collin Land (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Perrin Lum, River Lum, Eli Land and Everly Land. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cache Public School Athletic Program for scholarships in memory of Alvis Merle Lum.
