He was predeceased by: his parents, John McKinley Qualls and Effie Elizabeth Qualls (Sparks); his son Randy Qualls; and his siblings, Mildred Altom, Melba Stepp, Jo Guinn, J. C. and Lonnie Qualls.
He is survived by: his wife Odell Boles of Rosedale; his daughters, Annette Lunsford of Sulphur, Shelly Qualls (Jeff Holmes) of Oklahoma City and Denise O'Neal (Mark) of Owasso; his daughter-in-law Anita Qualls of Vanoss; his sons, Mark Qualls (Carol) of Prague, John Qualls (Georgia) of Pauls Valley, James Qualls (Mary) of Stratford and David Qualls of Byars, Oklahoma.; his brother Jerry Qualls (Molly) of Colleyville, Texas.; his brother-in-law Ed Boles (Jeanetta) of Rosedale; and his grandsons, Heath Qualls, Kenneth Lunsford, Jason Qualls, Kent Qualls, Garan Qualls and Jacob O'Neal.
