She was predeceased by: her husband Merl; her son Larry; and her brother Jack Mayfield (Janette). She is survived by: her child Robert A. "Bobby" Choice; her daughter-in-law Karen Choice; her daughter Anita Lockwood of Westminster; and her daughter-in-law Donna Choice of San Jose, California. She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and step great-grandson; several nephews and nieces.
