She is survived by: her husband Thomas Edwin "Tom" Collins; her daughters, Tammy Ann Stevie Day (Robert) of Elk City, Tina Marie Leverett (Shawn) of Sayre and Regina Ann Yeager (Billy) of Elk City, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Payton Villanueva of Cheyenne, Jaquoah Lemons of Elk City, Erica Holmes of Sayre, Oklahoma, Nevaeh Leverett of Sayre, Oklahoma, Morgan Leverett of Sayre, Oklahoma, Gavin Yeager of Sayre, Oklahoma, Angelina Yeager of Sayre, Oklahoma and Christian Yeager of Sayre, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Daniel Brown (Effie) of Joplin, Missouri, Carol Brown of Albuquerque and Annie Brown of Albuquerque.
