Wallace and Andy Wallace; her daughter Patricia Petrik (George) of Wichita; her grandson Adam Petrik; her son Fred Pruitt (Janie) of Lone Grove; her grandchildren, Beau Pruitt, Austin Pruitt, Matt Rizzo and Andrea Rizzo; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Jaykob, Hanna, Beckham, Paisley, Emery and Oaklee; and her sister Dee Madden (Okla) of Laverne.
