Sam Otis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2020, at the age of 88, Sam Otis of Burlington, Oklahoma passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sam Otis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Otis and Maud Thomason Otis; and his son T. C. Phillip Otis. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Page of Burlington; his sons, Stan, Phil and Stanley of Burlington; his daughter-in-law Geisela of Bentonville, Arkansas; and his sister Martha Simmons of Fort Worth, Texas. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Burlington Fire Department, Keith Cemetery, or Alva First Christian Church through the funeral home.
