He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Choate and Edna Choate (Thurber). He is survived by: his son Joey Neal Choate; his sister Lois Bradford of Stilwell, Oklahoma.; his wife Mary Ann Choate; his children, Coby Choate of Bunch and Felicia Choate of Bunch; his grandsons, Joey Aaron Choate of Tahlequah, Thomas McCoy of Bunch, Jacob Choate of Bunch and Cole Choate of Stilwell, Oklahoma.; and his sister Mary Ann Cain of Stilwell, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
