He was predeceased by: his parents, James Andrew and Leonell Latta (Davidson); his son Jackie Dwayne Latta; his siblings, James Warren Latta and Shirley Banks; his former wife Patsy Ruckman; and his wife Karen Dotson.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Kimberly Dyan; his daughter Kimberly Dyan Wells of Bunch, OK; his stepson Gary Nelson of Kellyville, OK; his grandchildren, Lacey Ashley (David), Terra Grace Wells, Kyra Tebrow and Morgan Nelson; his great grandchildren, Vance, Allison and Jaxon Ashley; and his sister Donna Horton (Terry) of Dwight Mission, OK. He is also survived by his 5 nieces, extended family and many friends.
