He is survived by: his mother Aileen Athey (Fields) of Bunch; his wife Kimberly Fields of Stilwell; his children, Josiah Fields, Julia Fields of Stilwell, William Davis and Kip Davis of Brushy Mountain; and his siblings, Annetta Fields of Rocky Mountain and Chauncey Fields of Bunch. He is also survived by Many other friends and relatives.
