She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mitchell and Grace Mitchell (Sparks); her husband Tip Cullins; her sons, Rick Cullins and Terry Cullins; her grandson Trevor Cullins; and her siblings, Charlie Mitchell, Bill Mitchell, Paul Mitchell, Bud Mitchell, Ralph Mitchell, Dub Mitchell, Joann Mitchell, Mildred Zollinger, Isabella Koch, Oleta Sharp, Leota Mills and June Kueser.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim; her son-in-law Larry Miller of Ardmore; her son Michael Cauffman of Buffalo; her grandchildren, Randall Brossman, Eric Miller, Leslie Miller, Jason Cullins and Jennifer Cullins; her great grandchildren, Raigan Hartsell, Christina Brossman and Marcus Brossman; and her great great grandchildren, Holland Hartsell and Lennon Hartsell. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (308 NE 2nd St, Buffalo, OK 73834).
