He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Clark and Minnie Clark (Albin); his parents-in-law, Buck and Nellie; and his brother-in-law Bob.
He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Dawna Clark of Selman, Levi (Shannon Clark) of Buffalo and Casey (Dustin Warner) of Mooreland; his grandchild Tyrell (Morgan Underhill) of Woodward; his children, Sam Underhill, Becca of Altus, Addison, Lathan "Stoney", Paisley "Becky" Clark of Buffalo, Caylee, Emilee Gulley and Rayden Warner of Mooreland; his great grandchild Keith Wayne Underhill of Altus; and his godson Mark Bradt of Selman. He is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces, nephews and family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wilkinson Funeral Service (360 SW 1st St, Buffalo, OK 73834). A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Spring Valley Cemetery (Buffalo, OK 73834).
