She was predeceased by: her siblings, Barbara Shepher, Jim Shirm and Rusty Shirm (William Thompson). She is survived by: her former husband William Jack Thompson; her husband Roy A. Gay; her daughter Susan F. Thompson Johnson of Woodward; her granddaughter Amanda Johnson (James); her great grandchildren, Zak, Emma and Robert; and her sisters, Lora Garrett, Rosella Day and Avis Ortega. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church Choir with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
