She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lee and Ora Bell Plumley (Taylor); her husband Pete Foster; her daughters, Debbie Parnell, Angel Sartin and Lisa Foster; her siblings, Edna Inman and Joe Plumley; and her sons-in-law, Pat Wood, Denny Hilburn and Guy Sartin.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Foster (Lisa) of Bromide, OK, Kelli Brooks (Tommy) of Wapanucka, OK, Stacy, Kim Foster of Bromide, OK and Kristi Green of Bromide, OK; her close friend Jerry Nay of Grove, OK; and her brothers, Pete Plumley of Oklahoma City, OK, Gene Plumley (Leslie) of Oklahoma City, OK and Ronnie Plumley of Oklahoma City, OK. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Brown's Funeral Chapel (718 W 13th St, Atoka, OK 74525).
