He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lowe; his children, Kenny Lowe of Bromide, Darla Thompson (Shorty) of Stonewall and Sheila Germany (John) of Coleman, Okla.; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Hunt (Chad) of Roff, T. C. Lowe of Lindsay, John Germany II (Hayley) of Latta, Jake Thompson (Kaycee) of Latta, Stephanie Lowe of Lindsay and Kendra Wall (Judson) of Sherman, Texas. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
