He was predeceased by: his parents, Emit Louis and Wanda Lee Lowe (Barton); his son Nathan Lowe; and his sisters, Jean Lowe and Rhonda Lowe.
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Lowe of Bromide, Jason Lowe of Tishomingo and Jamey Lowe of Sulphur.
