He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Toney and Vivian Toney; his wife Terry (Bromide); his children, Kelli Holland (Steve) of Tecumseh, OK, Donnie Toney (Amy) of Bromide, OK and Leslie Toney of Bromide, OK; his grandchildren, Jett Toney, Judd Toney, Jay Toney and Hannah Holland; his brother Bill Toney (Janet); and his nieces, Renee Burris, Traci Williams and Michelle Coyle. He was also cherished by friends as well as racing friends.
