He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Celia Mae Tatum Brown and Homer Brown; his sister Sybill Royce Brown; his children, Lisa Whisenhunt (Charley) of Broken Bow, Brandie Brown and Brad Brown of Bristow, Oklahoma; and his brothers, Frank Brown (Robbie) of Broken Bow, James Brown (Frances) of Shawnee and Sidney Brown (Maryann) of Edmond, Oklahoma. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
